Yes — all new clients receiving colour services are required to have a patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment. This is a standard safety measure we take seriously for your wellbeing.
This depends on the treatment. A cut and finish usually takes 45–60 minutes, while colour services can take anywhere from 90 minutes to 2.5 hours. We'll give you a clear time estimate when you book.
Just come with clean, dry hair if you're having a cut — or arrive with your hair as you normally wear it so your stylist can see your natural texture and movement. Feel free to bring reference images for styles you love.
